Gift Certificates are available at the Spa or by calling or e-mailing us. We will mail gift certificates at no charge. Free hand delivery of gift certificates and product is available in Celebration only.
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday Hair Appointments – 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
It is strongly recommended that you schedule spa services at least two weeks in advance in order to secure the time that is most convenient for you. To make a spa reservation please call (407) 566-2810. Or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To keep the serenity of the spa, we ask that you turn off your cell phone upon arrival. Please present all Gift Cards and promotional coupons at check-in. Please note that your scheduled time is your table time. If you arrive late, you will be charged in full, and we will do our best to accommodate your entire service. It is customary to provide your therapist or esthetician with a 15-20% gratuity if you were happy with the services provided.
Appointment and Cancellation Policy:
Due to the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend you make a reservation in advance for any of our relaxing spa treatments. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your requests. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation. If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we will require 4-hours notice for individual services and 48 hour notice for packages. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled not within the required time will be billed 100% for each service.
Pregnancy and General Safety Policy:
Please note, massage cannot be received during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Manicures and pedicures are available, but please inform your therapist ahead of time. Be sure to inform your therapist if you are using Retin A, accutane, or have had laser surgery.
